RECETA FĂCIL de RIQUĂSIMAS GALLETAS SALUDABLES de CHOCOLATE đ (sin gluten)
Ideales despuĂ©s de las Comidas o a media mañana cuando el cuerpo necesita energĂa ; contienen MUY POCA AZĂCAR, cantidad de FIBRA y son deliciosas en cualquier momento del dĂa.

Es el tĂpico dulce que preparas âen un plis- plasâ para matar ese gusanillo que entra de AzĂșcar despuĂ©s de las comidas Ăł a media tarde y que dura dos dĂa si acaso, por que resulta que no te comes solo una, como son Galletas Saludables⊠je je je
100 gr. Harina de Almendras Molidas
100 gr. Harina de Avena
2 Cucharadas AzĂșcar Moreno
4 Cucharadas Cacao en Polvo
1 Cucharadita de Polvos de Hornear (5 gr. aprox)
2 Huevos
80 ml. Aceite Semillas Girasol
*c/s Pepitas Chocolate Negro
*c/s = Cantidad Suficiente
* ConsĂ©rvalas durante dĂas en una caja hermĂ©tica Ăł Tupper; de esas metĂĄlicas de galletas de mantequilla que ya nos comimos y que conservamos para guardar cualquier cosa.
100 gr. Ground Almond Flour
100 gr. Oat Flour
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon of Baking Powder (5 gr. approx.)
2 Eggs
80 ml. Sunflower Seed Oil
*c/s Dark Chocolate Nuggets (4 tablespoons)
Salt
*c/s = Sufficient Quantity
. Mix in a bowl the Almond Flour with the Oat Flour (I have obtained it by grinding oat flakes with a coffee grinder).
. Add also the Brown Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Egg, Baking Powder, Irasol Oil and part of the chocolate chips (about half); I always say: I like to add a few grains of salt to my sweet creations to enhance the flavor, in this case of the Chocolate Cookies.
. First mix with a spoon and then finish kneading with clean hands (to each his own), I clarify this because there are people who get upset when in the Video Recipes I touch the food with my hands (thatâs cooking).
. When our cookie dough is well integrated, we form small balls the size of a walnut and place them on a baking sheet on a baking paper.
. Flatten a little to shape them into cookies, and embed the chocolate chips that we had reserved from before. Mold a little to round the edges as the dough is a little brittle.
. Bake your Healthy Cookies for 15 minutes at 180Âș C and let them cool a little.
They are now ready to be enjoyed.
* Keep them for days in an airtight box or Tupper; one of those metallic butter cookies that we already ate and that we keep to store anything.
